Rick Hendrick began his radio career in 1996 at WHHY, Live 101.9, as a part-time board operator and eventually started some on-air work until later that year when the station changed the format to Cat Country 102 in which he moved to 95.1 the Fox as a part-time board operator and eventually Program Director and has been in that position ever since. If you’re ever at Riverwalk Stadium for a Montgomery Biscuits baseball game, Rick’s voice can be heard on the PA as the stadium announcer.
Rick has 3 kids, Cris, Jade and Tristan and you can hear them each weekday as he signs off the air. He also now has 2 grandchildren, Micah and Rylan!
Rick is an avid golfer (I didn’t say good golfer) and loves Stone Temple Pilots and Boston. His favorite movie is “Face Off” with Nicholas Cage and John Travolta.
