1 Participate in a Job Fair (5) Cumulus Montgomery Sales Managers
attended the following job fairs. At each event,
they collected resumes and interviewed any
qualified candidates.
February 8, 2014 – Job Fair at Eastdale Mall in
Montgomery, AL.
March 26, 2014 – Job Fair at Virginia College
in Montgomery, AL.
March 27, 2014 – Job Fair at Troy State
University, Montgomery, AL.
September 9, 2014 – Maxwell Air Force Base
Career Fair, “Hiring our Heros” Veterans
Event, Montgomery, AL.
October 21, 2014 – All Majors Career Expo at
Auburn University.
2 Internship Program During this reporting year, our SEU hosted an
internship program. One intern from Alabama
State University participated. The intern
worked in the promotions department and was
supervised by the Director of Promotions.

Groups Interested in Broadcast Employment Issues

Our SEU’s Programming Director provided
station tours to interested groups. Participants
have the opportunity to hear about careers in
broadcasting and ask questions.
On March 14, 2014, local Girl Scout Troops
toured the facility.
On May 15, 2014, children from a Special

Education program visited the stations.
On August 20, 2014, students from Edgewood
Academy toured the SEU stations.
